usually people get treatment and have the testicle removed, I think testicular cancer will only kill if it isleft to grow and metastisizes to other organs lungs etc.

you die from any cancer by not getting treated in the earlie stages, sometimes treatment does not work though.

You’d probably die slowly. The cancer would eventually spread to the rest of your body. It probably wouldn’t be lethal until it reaches your lungs, heart, or brain.
As for what the symptoms are – I am not certain. I’ve never had the disease – nor do I want it. (But then again, who does?)

This starts with pain and swelling of either one, or both testes, then moves into the lymphatic system, becoming lymphatic cancer, through a lymph node just below the abdomen, between the testes, and the abdomen, where, through metastasis(Breaking off of small parts of the cancer, which attach and grow elsewhere) it travels through the lymphatic system, causing fatigue, nausea, loss of weight, and swelling of the lymph nodes throughout the body. It is highly painful, hard to cure, and once spread throughout the bodies lymphatic system, the prognosis is NOT good!
If you think you might have a problem, then, by ALL means, please get it checked out!!! Chemotherapy is not a good feeling, but is better than dying of the cancer! Some find reliefe from the nausea caused by the chemo by smoking pot, although there is marinol, a legal anti nausea drug made from pot, which the doctor can prescribe.
There is also something called testicular tortion, whereby the tubes of the testical can become kinked, cutting off the blood supply, which can cause gangrene within as little as 1 hours, leading to death if left untreated, as well as epididial miosis, an infection of the top of the testical where the tube that transmits the sperm from the teste to the penis. This can be very painful, but is curable with antibiotics.
