Go to the doctor for sure.
He/She will look at your freckles or moles and if they see something they dont like they’ll test it. Its best to get them check early so they dont spread.

also wear a hat it can reflect the sun away from you./

Wear long sleeve shirts, like it or not wear sunscreen, and a hat that shadows your face.

Sun screen is absolutely essential! You may already have irreversable damage. Try the highest SPF you can get at the grocery store, especially if you have fair skin. Also, you may want to wear a hat that may protect you from the Sun, and a t-shirt if possible. Avoid the sun. If you must go out in the sun, slather on sunscreen, cover up, and wear a wide-brimmed hat.

wear sunscreen with a high SPF, make sure you keep it on by applying it every two hours and not washing it off, and then wear a hat and tell your doctor if anything weird happens
